Ahhh, I’m so exited to share this! I know I‘ve said this a couple of times about other work before, but this is my new favourite illustration I‘ve ever painted. I’m just really really happy with it. And I hope you are, too!
Maybe you already saw me colour this during the Adobe livestreams. But I’m a weirdo perfectionist, so I went back and repainted the whole thing at home. I‘ve always found it easier to work on things that way, on my own. When I was in school and uni, I was always that person who took their schoolwork home instead of doing it in class.
It felt nice to take a little more time on the details here. All those flowers were super fun to paint. And everything is better with dappled light!
