Guuuuys,
I'm so excited to announce that my very first interview got released today. I had the pleasure of chatting with Iva from Art Side of Life about art, business and stuff. She was super nice and we kept talking for a while after the camera was off. So if you like to see my face turning red, go check it out. :D
Also this came out just at the right moment, because I decided to revive my dusty old Youtube channel. I'm making speedsketch videos with voiceovers. My computer has a hard time handeling large files with lots of layers (aka my colouring process), so I'll see if I can do anything about that.
Actually, I've been wanting to make videos for a while, but I always found an excuse not to. First of all, I'm a crazy perfectionist. So I thought my videos had to be GREAT. Lots of effects, cuts, a cool intro, music and whatnot. Also, talking into a microphone in a foreign language can be fucking scary. It makes you so vulnerable to trolls and whoever is out there on the internet (I'm probably blowing this out of proportion in my head, but you know how mean people can be). If somebody doesn't like my art, that's fine with me, but my personality... That's just something I haven't had to deal with online. So I was pretty scared. But I decided to not worry about it and to just jump in. And I told my perfectionist side to just shut up. I can always tweak things as I go.
So I hope you guys enjoy my videos. :]
Let me know what you think!
