It basically says that it's illegal to have raffles as reward tiers because it counts as gambling. Since other artists were doing it, I assumed it was ok and didn't check first. I'm so sorry about that. It was really unprofessional on my part. I've thought about different options and here is what I'm going to do now:
- I'll delete the $10 reward tier
- I'm going to add the 10% store discount to the $5 tier
- I'm going to create a new $20 reward tier where every patron in that tier gets an exclusive Patreon-only print (8.3 x 11.7) every month. And one of the patrons gets randomly chosen to receive the original drawing instead. Shipping is included in the $20.
Since everyone in the $20 tier is guaranteed to receive something, it should not count as "gambling".

I've been wanting to add the $10 tier for a while, but with me going on a vacation and all that, I decided to wait until now.
