Ultimate Commission Reservations

We thought we'd structure our Ultimate Commissions a little differently so they're not packed into a five-minute period.
We will have this Ultimate Commission Reservations post open so Ultimate members can put their commission requests down to be selected in the future. Your commission can be selected during any even month that you are an Ultimate member. For October, we'll be selecting two of the requests in a day or so.
