Commission Opening and March Package Update!

We have an impending commission opening on FursonaPins.com coming April 1. This opening is going to be different from our previous ones: after feedback from the community we’ve decided to have an “opening window” where Patrons can submit their form without feeling the pressure of rushing for equal consideration.
The opening window is 7:00 PM - 7:15 PM. As long as you submit your form between the open window, you’ll have a chance for a slot.
Five slots are going to our Ultimate tier members, five slots will be prioritized for newcomers who have not gotten a commission from us before, and ten others will be curated from all eligible selections. We have twenty slots in April as we decided to scale back on the pressure on our head artist to reduce the art slow down issues we saw in Feb and March. Our goal is always to get our pins done within three months of commissioning, so reducing the number of slots we accept is an important part of achieving that goal. This means there is no overtime for April, but we may reintroduce 30 slots in May.
You’ll notice under “Add Ons” in the commission form an option that asks if you’re a New Customer - if this applies to you, please be sure to check that box.
For March’s packages, we’ve gotten notice that the exclusive pin was dispatched today. We expect to receive it on Wednesday. Monday, we will be generating all the shipping labels, and the vast majority of packages will be shipped out Thursday and Friday with the help of our new employee!✨
We are unsure what caused the slowdown in the production of March’s exclusives as the other two pin batches were done on time, but we’ve made it clear to our factories that April content and beyond must be on time from this point forward.
That said, March’s content is a bit more complicated than the average month as we need to also pack Ice Fox referral rewards with them, and ship along pins sold by a previous customer that was unable to ship to their customers and enlisted our help in getting the pins to their customers. Still, with the new employee here we hope to see packages flying out ASAP 🌟
