November's pins are in!

We've ordered some stickers of the Sugar Skull for you to go in your packages, and we purchased a new label printer for ease of shipping.
The December Character of the Month poll is going to launch shortly after this news post, so look forward to that!
We're happy to announce we've expanded our operations from one factory to five factories, which has been considerably speeding up our progress, especially for commissions. A couple of commissions are still stuck in a backlog with one factory, but with four more added, or more recent commissions have been seeing quicker turnarounds, which we're very happy about.
