What’s good fellas
I get a lot of inputs on what type of diet you want to follow as a man. It’s all depending on your goals and your lifestyle. Let’s say you work a 9-5 job. And you have kids. You really don’t have the time to cook “but you do” or make things for you and the kids or wife/gf. And on top of that you have to go to work and workout as well.
Here’s what I did when I worked my 9-5 schedule even when it was a 12 hour swing shift.
Example
Regular 8 hour shift
Breakfast 4 eggs 4 slices bacon fruit strawberries zero sugar juice or orange juice
Lunch sweet potato with chicken breast or a steak “my strip”
Snack …Don’t laugh at me G… I love Funyuns chips and a protein Herbalife shake. Quick and easy to use and easy to digest as well.
Dinner… now here’s is my favorite thing about dinner
Whether I’m cutting or maintaining or bulking
Dinner will always be the same for me 1 cup of rice and flank steak or a ny strip steak GOOOD AS FUCKKKKKK!
You can always switch it your meals
The calories that come out at the end of the day for you is all depending on your goals and how you track your calories on my fitness pal. I’ll talk more about diet and fitness as well for you guys in the future. I hope this helped!
