In Red and in this episode it's clear the translators don't understand what things are actually called and interpret the actual lines differently at times. Even for those who don't understand a lick of Japanese, here are some examples that you'd understand: "Observation Haki" being called "Perception Haki".. you can't translate "Akainu" into "Red Hound" when it's a name everyone uses without translating, can't write "sailers" instead of "Marines", things like that. Makes it feel the translator has never watched One Piece and is just doing a 9to5 with no effort with just a script in front of their eyes.
