Vivi talks about how their main river in Alabasta used to flourish, but the ocean levels have risen consuming their fresh water source. Water 7 is an island that strictly focuses on the sea level rising. We see during the Aqua Laguna that part of the island is already under water and they had to build up just so that they can survive. In fact, Iceberg was designing blueprints so that he could make water 7 float as a way to combat the Aqua Laguna and rising sea levels. Old Wano from 800 years ago is under water although by intention. Wano is so deeply tied to the important aspects of history that it may have been possible that they knew about the water levels rising and built the modern day Wano so high up as to avoid this coming disaster. And lastly, the aftermath of Lulusia's destruction that we saw some 25 or so chapters ago showed that the water levels rose as a direct result of its destruction. With the last panel in today's chapter we see the mermaids. Joyboy's apology was on the pongeglyph in Fishman Island. He likely failed to make use of Noah which undoubtedly connects to all of this. The pieces are really starting to come together now.

2024-04-26 22:43:23 +0000 UTCBro this sounds crazy but the whole flooding/sinking concept is very similar to the story of Atlantis, where according to Plato its founders were half god and half human (almost a reference to someone like Nika maybe?). They created a utopian civilization and was described as a powerful and advanced kingdom (like the Ancient kingdom) but was destroyed by fire and earthquakes that caused it to sink into the ocean as they angered the Gods (celestial dragons/gorosei/imu?) Their home was made up of concentric islands separated by wide moats and linked by a canal that penetrated to the center (which to me sounds like what the red line is covering, or what it was built on). Given how 90% of one piece as well is already covered by water, just perfectly ties into what Joyboy was potentially preparing for with Noah’s arc, which was saving the races (in my opinion) from a global flood that probably started everything including the fall of the Ancient Kingdom thus starting the rise of sea levels. Further ties in with old Wano being at the bottom of Mount Fuji (already under the ocean), and new Wano being on top of Mt Fuji (obviously to ensure everyone and whatever remained of the old Wano survived the rising ocean levels). So this also makes sense when you think about every island currently in one piece are most likely built upon the peaks of mountains, where originally, whoever founded those islands most likely just wanted to ensure survival of the ocean rising/lands sinking. It’s just absolutely crazy how it all links. And it’s Amir by the way bro, was years overdue and about time for me to join your patreon bro. Hope things are well nonetheless but if anything I have a more striking confession to make than Vegapunk in this chapter… I put 5 eyedrops into my eyes and now I can see into the future… Because when the world sinks into the ocean blue, along with our hopes and dreams too, it doesn’t change the fact that blue shells will still fly, and all 12 players will cry. Wills will be broken and points will be stolen by the man… who’s on caffeine, riding a submarine, known as Dean Ween. (Otherwise stay blessed bro, your passion for one piece is infectious g)

Think about it - Vegapunk is saying the person that killed him is not evil and he doesn't want to discuss it. The WG/Gorosei were going to pin this incident on the straw hats. Vegapunk/egg head = Luffy's fault. BUT now that Vegapunk has said that I believe the WG is going to have to pin it to themselves as a "we had to" precaution. Thats how I'm reading it but only time will tell :P

Tom building a sea train. Crocus at twin capes creating an entire area inside Laboon. All this to prepare in case the world ever sinks. But in Japanese there's a double meaning to his words. The first meaning would be what I wrote previously. In Japanese, the word "there" is "soko ni". But "soko ni" means 2 things, the second being "at the bottom". Meaning, the second way you could interpret Rogers last word would be, "I left everything in this world, at the bottom" aka the bottom of the ocean

My guess is that he'll be able to use the Sunny as his "gundam" in a way. Makes you think, who knew about the Sunny being able to do so when one of the marines made that picture? We have seen the old Wano being "sunk", there has to be something here. Imu might be able to flood the entire world if he wants to (something he already did during the void century?). ALSO it now makes sense why the Noah (the ship on Fishman Island that was meant to still fulfill its promise until the time was right) was there, it was meant to SAVE the civilization cause they knew of the HUGE flood that will come and wipe out any island on this planet. NOW DF users like Buggy got sick when they approached Laugh Tale, Rogers crew as we know of did not have any DF users except Buggy. Is the OP related to sea prism stones on a larger scale that makes DF sick instead of just weak? AND Roger/Rayleigh said that they werent ready yet at the time they got to the OP, does the OP need a flood for it come out?
