2024-04-24 15:56:10 +0000 UTC19:10 so the thing is right, the way I saw this scene, is taking a stab on how people treat public figures (youtubers, actors, athletes, etc) when they have done something really wrong and are trying to genuinely apologize for their actions and want to move forward and right their wrongs. People would just ridicule them and say “oh he did not mean it” or make a whole narrative out of nowhere on why he does not deserve the chance to atone. At that point what do you want him to do? How can he atone if you cant even TRY to accept his apology? And if he does not apologize everybody will say how heartless he is to not apologize! It’s a lose-lose situation to make any sort of public apology these days unfortunately and they don’t realize that the public figures are also human. What endeavor did was very smart, he made her realize how ridiculous she sounds, he told her if I cried right now and fitted the face you wanted me to wear now would that erase everything that just happened? And then you see her take a step back and realizes what she sounds like, love the composure that endeavor showed and deescalated the situation, and I also understand the civilian’s side of things, the entity that always protected them to the point where they took the peace they had for granted is slowly crumbling in front of them, many will panic and that panic will just create even more chaos as you’ve seen in these two episodes but they defo gotta give the heroes a break and remind themselves that these heroes are just as human as they are. You’ve seen hawk’s and endeavor’s pasts and saw who they are now, you know how much they’ve suffered so you realize how strong they are to keep a composed face in front of these people

2024-04-24 15:54:00 +0000 UTCits crazy really looking back at how far deku has come man. from season 1 w no quirk just running in to save bakugo w his bare hands against the sludge dude. to this episode where he has all these quirks and is now working alongside the current top 3 heroes and former number 1 hero trying to save as many people as he can. the flashback of him pretending to be a hero saving his mom and his mom hugging him into the transition of them in the hospital as she is being held by him while she is crying. this shit is so good man. i started watching hero back when khan first started it time ago, and always wondered when he would continue it. can't believe we're here. heeeeeeeeeero greatness.
