First, I apologize for not posting more the past six weeks. Work has been very hard, and I've been struggling a bit with self-care.
Second, a beautiful soul in our community has been battling cancer. She's not doing well. I'm doing my best to stay hopeful. I've been taking it very hard; I haven't cried so hard in a long time. It makes it difficult to stay focused on stories.
Lastly, I'm going to be on vacation next week, which means a lot of free time for writing. I hope to get a lot of new chapters done, especially of The Best Babysitter in Town and a new chapter or two of Tis The Season.
Thank you for your continued support. Remember to tell the people in your life how you feel about them; don't count on there being time for it later; and have a wonderful, safe summer.
