Can i watch season 3 of hero without watching the movie.

I would like to continue the seasons but if i have to watch the movie inorder to understand the series then i have to. Would like to check out the movies down the line but if they’re cannon and need to be watched before season 3 then its gotta be watched

I recommend watching Movie 1 after ether finishing season 3 or part way through season 3, Movie 2 after season 4, and Movie 3 can be watched after season 5. That is if you want to react to the Movies, they are semi canon and semi non canon but also really fun watches so I recommend watching them but you dont have to
