After my review of the Sun F80, I assumed server cache cards were going to be a one-and-done video. Most other PCIe SSDs on the used market are often overpriced, or don't compare favorably to modern consumer products. Today, I'm going to take a look at a number of cache alternatives to see if there might be gold this pile of sand.
But first... What am I drinking???
From Ex Novo comes the Heart of Rubbo, a German-style schwarzbier clocking in at 4.8%. For a light beer, this one definitely punches above it's ABV-class with an unusually thick body and rich, dark flavor. Definitely worth a try!
