But first... What am I drinking???
It was the hottest day of the year so far at 95F, so I'm having a mojito. Add 1oz Fresh Lime Juice and some mint leaves to a shaker and muddle. Add 3/4oz simple syrup and 3oz of White Rum. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with selzer or soda water, and garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig. Nothing better on a hot day.
