New ROM - more colours!

You'll find a new ROM enclosed which allows you to use lighter and darker colours for the ones of the palette you selected. Does this sentence make sense? :-D
Let's take a look:
As you can see, the idea is to apply black or white dots in order to make one colour look darker or lighter. This effect works better on CRT, but it looks decent already.
It works nicely, except for filling. Indeed, performances are impacted and I need to figure out a solution. I don't want to block filling when using colour blending, as I already tested it with patterns (waves, diamonds, hearts, etc.) and found it interesting to use.
