Bimini or beach….the sea and sand BOTH REFLECT UV RAYS x 2!!
So even when you’re sat under your spray hood you are potentially JUST as exposed as if you were in direct sunlight….
On the beach as parents we tend to sit under parasols, hide under brollies and shady trees…and the boys?…well they LIVE in the sea….
And under our bimini, sailing or otherwise….we are always aware that the sun is a silent threat.
In light of this the MAIN thing we all do is slather on sun lotion before we even step out of Holly Blue’s boat cabin.
The majority of our summer days we hide away in the protection of her belly ❤️🫶🏼🦋
How do YOU practise sun safety on board and secondly can anyone give us any helpful hints and tips to keep hats and sunnies on Josh because he looses them EVERYWHERE!
