Track release V 0.70 basic AI implementation

today I got basic AI features in. (For the autobahn part only)
2 way traffic support will come in the future.
(probably only for servers as single player cant handle multiple AI splines)
For installation please delete the whole existing folder before extracting the new stuff.
If you want to see in detail whats changed look in the folder "EXTRA" in the tracks folder then the file "CHANGELOG.txt" :)
