It was outside a boat race place with no hints at all. I am guessing it was moved there from somewhere else to preserve it. It is a story, isn't it.

I'm not up on my Japanese royalty.... or business leaders. A senior is being lifted up from the past by a not so young man. Curious as heck. cheers Jerry
