2022-06-12 02:29:24 +0000 UTCString? From a distance it looks like it could be rice harvester binder twine. Once borrowed a Yanmar binder machine in my Ag research here in USA. Machine used big rolls of binder twine to tie the bottoms if cut rice bundles. John in Missouri
