2022-05-17 23:10:07 +0000 UTCAs a foreigner, I could imagine someone buying it secondhand and feeling a bit more free to overhaul it... But brand new and at this price, it's hard to imagine someone purchasing a house that offers so little, unless there's a housing crisis in Japan.
