31 Minute Active Rolling Sesh

Hi, Loves!

Another rolling class release in ALL tiers of membership today, because whether you come to work out or come to roll out, we all come here to move!

This class has intense sensations in it. Pictured above is the moment when we are sitting on the roller and pinning our achilles tendon down with it. PHEW. This class would be great to use as a release resource after a workout, but it's also great on it's own (I filmed this with a cold body and it felt great).

Put on a background playlist, currently I'm enjoying the new Poolside album while here at my laptop and it would work well, among many other music choices you could make! Here's what to expect inside:

- deep tissue pinning of the lower shins

- deep tissue pinning of the lower calves

- half pigeon and hip opener stretch

- glute roll

- rotator cuff

- activated tricep roll

- down dogs and spiral stretches

this was great!! really loved the big, stretchy moves on the roller and my feet + lower legs felt amazing afterwards. can't wait to do this after a run! also the triceps combing was 🤩
