I bumped into a doggie and daddy on a walk..... totally weirdo looking thing..... he was proud as punch of the alien bitch........ not a rescue dog mind you but, a Corgi/Shar Pei cross.......... Baggy Face with 3" legs, Sci-Fi............ Yikes

Our family dog cost my Dad $35.00 in 1970 -about $250.00 today- and he made us promise not to tell Mom how much he'd spent. He was a smart little mutt, and my best childhood buddy. Gone almost 40 years, and rarely a day goes by that I don't think about him. No fancy clothes or baby carriages for THAT boy, I tell you.
