I mean I don't even like meat that much and yet when I ate a proper Fiorentina in Firenze my eyes started watering and I heard the choir of angels.

2021-11-15 09:31:17 +0000 UTCI'll make an exception only for the allergic. Otherwise, pesto without garlic is for the weak. (The time I went to Firenze with my parents, we were at a restaurant to eat a Fiorentina, my father asked it "well-cooked" and I swear the waiter made exactly that face.)
