2020-10-29 15:45:10 +0000 UTCSome companies like Honda and Rakuten actually use English as their company language.. but most of the companies in Japan are run by bosses who cant speak English (and dont want to learn). Same goes for the governments. Hence one of the lowest proficiency levels for English in the first world. :-D
