Hello there! Sorry for the lack of art posts lately; essentially I had a battle with art block, switching medications, and depression. Now that my new medications have kicked in, I'm feeling #NORMAL and SANE! YAY! Safe to say I'm back to working on projects and creating artwork, so have no fear for your Dubuk. Road bumps are expected with any creative project, and life in general, but we get stronger overcoming them and I'm excited to explain the goals I have for myself with this platform and others!

Yume Nikko;

Yume Nikko has definitely seen better days! No worries, as my recent art block actually inspired some world maps! Hoping to roll out some updates regarding the game this september, and hopefully around December or January of 2026 we can get you guys an exclusive playable demo! I try to be easy on myself with this game, and to also steer away from the Yume Nikki guidelines a bit. I'm hoping to bring something fun and mindlessly entertaining!

Getting to work with a "loose" game similar to the likes of Yume Nikki is GREAT for me. I'm having fun, even if the progress is mind numbingly slow. I love to think of fun ideas for the game, whether they are used in the final cut or not. I think about Yume Nikko, and all my games/characters everyday pretty much!

With more companies banning nsfw materials, I am doing my best to see where to take my nsfw materials. For now, patreon will see things that follow the website's guidelines, but anything else might be saved for later or published on another site. I'll try to update all my social media if I ever branch out to other services, or continue with nsfw posting on patreon.

Mortis Game;

Finally wrapping up the story (in my head) for Mortis game. Still need a proper title, but everyone knows Mortis, so this shall still do for now. Anyways, the main storyline is being cut, crafted, and worked in my head and on paper, but we should start seeing some progress on it; hopefully after Yume Niko has a majority of the work done for it.

My goal is to write out the complete story on paper first, then bring that story to life inside a blank diary. A lot of Mortis game is inspired by hiker's and expedition journals, so once my story is polished, then I will task myself building up Sarrinap's diary. What more could a girl want in a wasteland than a diary and some stickers!? Maybe a crazy girlfriend, but that'll be down the road. hahahahah.

Lately battled my art block by taking my sketchbook places and drawing more from live references, and movies. Am I perfectly cured from my art block? Nope, but, it really did help to draw in other styles (for me, it was cartoons), and some other tricks. I should start uploading those to patreon soon, just forgive me if I take my sweet time^^; I've got more animal studies, background attempts, tattoo designs, and movie sketches I've been DYING to show y'all. As a treat, here's something from last night; my Lighthouse movie studies!
