Do you prefer ur 811 dithered vs nondithered?
Added 2024-09-18 16:43:12 +0000 UTCI looove dithering my artworks, and figured it would be great for 811 (especially saving on file sizes!) And even if not EVERY environment/map is dithered......it would make for a cool effect in dream sequences at least! hahahaha

I think no dithering would flow with the sprite more? But from what I see by the votes the majority thinks otherwise, haha!

My biggest tips+ techniques for tiling in rpgmaker are; using clipstudio (great for parallax mapping), lots of practice, lots of references for EVERYTHING! From windows to interiors, trees and toys, it will help you so much fill a space. And generally being aware of where the player will walk and interact with objects at all times.
