BOOK CLUB LAUNCH
The Tea With Alice Literary Salon Book Club launches on Friday and I’ll put up an explainer on Thursday about what it is. If you have any questions you’d like me to answer, ask in the comments below and I’ll try to include the answers in the thursday explainer. Bullet point wise it’s
- We meet up and read a poem or a short story or extract of something together and then talk about it.
- So there’s no homework, though if you’re interested it might spark further reading.
- Yes you can lurk
- Yes you can suggest texts
- I think that’s it, it seems pretty straight forward t9 my mind, but then of course it does because it’s my idea. So let me know what you would like to know.

2023-05-30 19:51:19 +0000 UTCI got it to work once I was able to use a laptop and not just my phone. I never thought of the emails as spam, but I was also doing the conversions and adding things to my own calendar so having this is quite nice. Thanks for doing it!

2023-05-30 16:57:51 +0000 UTCGoogle calendar doesn’t seem to integrate well with apple phones. After much to-ing and fro-ing (four attempts, perhaps) I managed to get your calendar to link to my google account but it isn’t showing on my phone. I’ll persevere… :-)
