Track night lighting set-up

In the latest release I've amended the night lighting set-ups that offer longer and wider light range, giving better visibility when racing at night.
They also better for performance, as I gained ~10 FPS (with my graphic set-ups).
Can you please confirm these settings are better and you would like for me to keep them in the next release and retrofit them to older circuit, when a new version of them will be released.
