Hey friends how was your weekend? What do you usually do when you have time off? I enjoy going swimming (no secret here) and working out underwater. I used to take aqua gym lessons and although I am not taking lessons anymore I like to practice the exercises I remember (like underwater crunches etc). Underwater squats would be fun to do but challenging underwater I would probably need weights.
