Mlle. D'Artagnan - Pag. 37 - 38- Corset too tight!

Mademoiselle D'Artagnan isn’t cut out for corsets. She craves freedom! And this gig from Aramis? Not easy at all. Too many cats lurking around.

Oh, me! That sentence is sublime! 'Besides, is there an individual at this soiree who was not previously acquainted with them? I think not.' Lol! It's such a great story, indeed! :D

"Despite her corset having ruptured, Lady Whoratia Hornblower made no effort to re-conceal her breasts. She opted instead to continue on with the party as non-chalantly as possible. To the few who dared to comment on her exposed chest, the noblewoman replied, 'T' would be a futile exercise, me thinks. No garment manufacturer has yet been able to create an item that could contain them for long. Indeed, my breasts are every bit as stubborn and willful as my children. Better to let them breathe the air of freedom than to give them cause to break loose yet again. Besides, is there an individual at this soiree who was not previously acquainted with them? I think not.'"

Glad you're intrigued! Stay tuned, there's more excitement to come! ;)

Thank you so much! I'm glad you love the layouts. Placing characters outside the panel bounds is one of my favorite techniques to add dynamism :)

Lol! The way you described the corset strings breaking is hilarious. Good for the 'prisoners'! I know how uncomfortable a corset can be, even though it's a beautiful piece of clothing. But a too-tight corset definitely deserves to be ditched! ;)

Love the bit at the end with Mademoiselle D'Artagnan's corset tearing. That's just funny. I wrote comedy short about that happening once: "All night during the party, her breasts had strained against the flimsy strings of her corset as if they might escape at any moment. Just after 9:30 p.m., the jailbreak finally occurred and the former prisoners were on the loose."

Once again, I love your layouts. Great use of placing the characters outside the bounds of the panels to add depth and make even people standing in still positions seem more dynamic.

Oh, the intrigue!
