Zentropa Games was part of Zentropa Entertainments, the Danish film company started in 1992 by Von Trier and producer Peter Aalbaek Jensen and from an interview published on Eurogamer DK it seems that Aalbaek was the one to suggest making a game related to Antichrist: https://www.unseen64.net/2017/06/27/eden-antichrist-game-cancelled/

Indeed! Antichrist was an interesting movie, this could have been an interesting game :( I hope in the future we could be able to preserve some footage from the prototype
