It’s no secret that Goro only tolerates Hina because she comes close in resemblance to Shoto , unlike most his past failed fake relationships, Hina only lasted that long because of the resemblance. However that’s all she will ever be , just the imitation and never the real thing.
Shoto`s ability to feminize himself whenever he pleases is unmatched. We remember getting a question regarding his pronouns , he goes by whichever pronouns .
To end , Sakura copied and pasted when she gave birth to Shoto. He even looks great in a raw sketch ✍️
