Yes, Sakura became pregnant with Shoto at the age of seventeen. Contrary to popular belief, Hiro and Sakura consented to this [the situation will be explained in the comic].
Sakura married Hiro before giving birth to Shoto since this was her best course of action. For a number of reasons, she really loved Hiro, and vice versa. Hiro has never cheated on her and has always been faithful to her; their predicament is very complex.
When they married, Hiro was not yet the Syndicate's boss, but he held a position of influence.
He brought Sakura an entire estate since she desired a large family and adored her role as a mother and housewife.
They were married for 11 years until Sakura's death, following which Hiro never remarried and still wears his wedding ring.

Including his relationship with sakura.

Will we be seeing more backstory into Hiro’s upbringing in the Tanaka family as well in the comic? I love how you guys have very detailed backstory and complex characters (where some I have a love/hate feelings about haha) in the comic!

However, being a Tanaka Syndicate boss is a birthright. This implies that the boss prior to Hiro was his father, and so on. However, everything will be described in more detail in the comic, so there is no need to be worried.

If they were married for 18 years and she was 17 when they got married does that mean she died at 35 vs 28 (as mentioned on her character sheet)? Making Sho Sho 17/18 vs a little kid? 2. Does this mean all of Sho sho’s siblings are full siblings(between Hiro & Sakura - since Hiro was never unfaithful) since the youngest is 5 and Sho Sho is 20? 3. For the syndicate to be passed on - is it via birthright or by participation and loyalty? I’m so sorry if I’m toeing the line of getting into spoilers! 🥺😥 If I am pushing it with my curiosity — I’ll patiently wait for the comic and the rest if the light novel release, thank you so much for the insight!! 🙌🏼
