So, the first thing Goro tries to look for when Shoto is having an episode is 1. His surroundings and 2. What exactly in his surroundings is triggering his mood wings/episodes. In this scene, It was Goro telling shoto he needs to clean up, which shoto does. Goro notices the cleanroom and realizes that's why Shoto is being the way he is because he had to do something he didn't want to do but needed to do because he was told to do it by Goro, his master. Also, Shoto grew up with a father who was very strict/ authoritative, so he gets triggered when he's told to do things, he doesn't wish to do, even if he needs to do it. Goro also noticed Shoto is lying that he doesn't want the cake when he does cause he loves sweet things, this was another sign that shoto is also being bratty about doing his chores. Hopefully this makes sense.

I've been wondering, what is Goro looking at when he realizes that Shoto has an episode? I've read this chapter several times, and I know Shoto looks away when he's lying, but then Goro is looking in the opposite direction. It might not be *that* deep, but it always makes me pause.
