Our current administration is trying to trash our national postal service! I know a bunch of people who only receive mail thanks to the employees of the USPS. Private companies simply won't cut it in rural areas.

I send stickers and postcards (like this one!) through the USPS every month. I order Sally Ride stamps, they come to my house, then I stick the envelopes in a big blue metal box on the street corner. It's so dang easy and cheap and effective. Most of y'all get stickers within 2 days!

I mail out most of my shop inventory with the USPS, too. I really, really, really rely on the post office. I love the regular employees at my local office. When I was living in a rural part of the country, the post office trips were the best part of my day. I would regularly send letters to penpals and mail out stuff to prepare for my cross country move.

Did you know I also got my passport photo taken at a post office? Like, what CAN'T they do?! I just walked in on my lunch break. DAMN I MISS TRAVELLING.

I use 5calls to get in touch with my representatives. Check out this link, call your representatives, follow the script (or give your own spin on it!) and demand some action!

And then make another 4 calls if you're feeling up for it. There's plenty to yell at your reps about. Trust.
