First Page of New Boneyard Short!
Added 2020-09-15 22:00:03 +0000 UTCSo, as usual, this page took longer than it should have, but not for the usual reasons. First off, that water was ridiculous. But that's just me overdoing it, pretty standard. Then I realized that all my "specialty" fonts were on our rickety and undependable desktop, and I didn't know how to transfer them to my laptop, so that meant the better part of a day searching for free fonts, downloading and figuring out how to install them (thank Baal for YouTube how-to videos). But that was just another example of me overdoing it (I got a lot of fonts). No, the real delay came when I realized that I liked this new siren character (whom I'd intended to use only in this one short) too much to just drop her after this. I was planning to just wing it and "design" her on the page, but when I decided to make her a recurring character, I knew I'd need a design I could live with. So that meant a day of last minute character designing. You don't get a really good look at her on this page, but when you see her up close next week, hopefully you'll like her. She's absolutely horrible.
