Jirens power was intense but there just no way that he can step to the power Goku is on right now especially since Goku was preparing for this battle and since his transformations. Goku is on another level completely, Jiren can have grown but not to this level without extreme circumstances like Goku so I think it’s fair to say he can’t step to Gokus current level. Even Vegeta is struggling to finish off the cooliza fusion, Goku would wipe the floor with Thomas fusion easily with the Angel transformation
