Frieza most definitely, it’s crazy that he has the potential to get stronger within months of his training especially when achieved gold, he was giving Goku the works even though he didn’t master his golden form, now finding a zone where can train for ten years and achieve a newer form, I’m not knocking Cooler, he also has that massive potential to gain new power, but we only seen so far what Frieza is capable of💯
