It's was quite a challenge to put a lot of component into a single ped, maybe it's not the right way but at least it works :D. I'm using randomize component for the image, and sorry i can't put all the options into this ped.

30/05/2022:
I can't add more cloth physic for the skirts, if i make the skirt with cloth physic then the cape cloth physic won't work anymore. So i just make it static
