I never noticed in the past that Bix had her hands over her stomach and that force healer put her hand on Bix's hands when she said maybe the place he needed to be was with her. That was a nice touch

Cameron Cross

"This place reminds me of Valencia" - they filmed those scenes in Valencia lol

David Hollinger

I refresh every day to see if the next episode is up.

John Herrick

I will be curious on how they react to the next episode.

Essentially, think back to the VERY FIRST Star Wars Movie "Star Wars: A New Hope " (Episode IV) that premiered in 1977. Where Luke Skywalker, Leia, and Han Solo help blow up the Death Star at the end. THAT final space battle in that film is also known as the Battle of Yavin. Any time BEFORE that battle is referenced as "Before the Battle of Yavin" (BBY). It's like how we use B.C. [Before Christ] and A. D. [Anno Domini or 'In the Year of our Lord']. Yavin is where the first consolidated "Rebel Base" is located. It's a large moon that orbits a large red gas giant planet as seen in the second season in Andor and in the first Star Wars film in 1977.

To try and explain the Force without giving away too many spoilers (Idk if you guys are going to watch any other Star Wars content in the future): Think of the Force as an invisible energy field that surrounds, penetrates, and holds the entire galaxy together. It's something natural that's everywhere. We can think of it as an invisible river flowing through everything. Most people, like Cassian, just float in it, but there are a few people in this universe who are more "sensitive" to it current than others. These individuals can sense the Force, and with that they have enhanced abilities and are capable to do things that ordinary people are incapable of doing. Following the logic of seeing the Force as an invisible river flowing through everything, these people more sensitive to the Force can learn to "swim" or control this current to change things around them. To try and explain it even more simply, briefly and without giving spoilers: The Force is the "magic" of Star Wars.

"Don't push too hard. You know where I stand. The day I need permission to come and go, I'm gone." Force Healer: "Who is he?" Loving your reaction to Andor. Stellar TV. Great outro. See the best-seller 2017 book "On Tyranny" (Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century) [128 pages] by Tom Snyder (Yale professor). Looking forward to your reaction to Rogue One. Would love a reaction to LotR.

Clay F

quick non-spoiler tldr on the Force: basically magic superpowers in this universe. Most other Star Wars shows/movies have a ton of it, Andor is the exception.

Axel

BBY = Before the Battle of Yavin. Which is the name of the planet that Cassian, Bix, and Wilmon are now living on with all of the other Rebels. I won't say anything else. Spoilers lol.

Doc_Holliday

This is an absolutely amazing arc. I can't wait to see how it lands for you.
