One of the main themes of the show which reflects perfectly to reality is the inability of men to understand or relate to the needs of the women in their lives, particularly their wives. These are men married to their jobs who are serial adulterers. If you can't find the irony in that nor the meaning of the show it is a small wonder you have an issue with her shirt. A woman expressing herself is merely that. Calm down.
