Unfortunately, this is a criticism of Haikyuu: too many characters. We have 200 characters. Some characters hardly get the attention they deserve and only have 1-2 episodes where they take center stage. Kinoshita and Narita have so less screentime until the final arcs, it's insane.

The 3rd years never fail to make me emotional, with them you can literally feel all the years they have been together in every scene they share. They are literally brothers and sister. I both love and hate how the show makes sure to remind us that this is their last tournament together, it makes every moment with them beautiful but also sad. I also love the little sneak peak into Kageyama's mind and seeing how he plays, it's all very technical, and like our coach said, he relies heavy on precision and spacial awareness so I loved how they brought to light that playing in a different sized gym was going to present a problem, but also loved how no one had any doubts about him overcoming it, this teams trust in each other as well as every other teams is beautiful.

2025-04-05 00:04:25 +0000 UTCWhat I love most about Haikyuu!! is how thoughtfully every character is developed. Shimizu has deserved more attention and depth since Season 1, so I was really glad to see her finally get a moment to shine and it was peak. It genuinely warmed my heart and make me happy
