This does get cleared up but Mark and the macrodata refinement team are "full-time innies" because they work full-time hours, like 9-5pm monday to friday. That's what "full-time work" is in office. "Part-time work" means less than that, like 10 hours a week, or just monday-tuesday or something. It's not referring to someone being their innie 'all the time'.

2024-10-16 05:29:04 +0000 UTCAbout all the remake reboot talk I don't want to be all doom and gloom cause obviously there's still a ton of amazing original new shows coming out (anything Nathan Fielder makes) but its insane that the creator of THE SOPRANOS literally the greatest show ever can't get funding for a new show he wants to make because it's a new ip. How are up and coming people supposed to exist in hollywood when they can't even take chances with people who have more than proven themselves.

They went into the closet -- and told Dylan's son to wait outside and count to 1,000 -- so the innie wouldn't learn about Dylan's outside life. When he switched back to outie, Dylan asked "Are we good here?" as in, "Did you do what you needed to do?".

The new Borderlands movie is a reminder of what it used to be like.

2024-10-16 00:43:09 +0000 UTCTo the question about Milchik being in Dylan’s home, I assume since earlier in the season when Mark was calling out he talked to Milchik, that is the same for everyone in this area of the severed floor. He’s the main point of contact between the outies and the innies. I think there was a suggestion about the severed status of Milchik, Harmony, and Graner (security guy). They all been depicted to have conversations about work outside of the floor, so that leads me to believe they do not have a chip, but the idea of them having a chip that is always turned off is interesting.

So Dylan's outie would have already met and been familiar with Milchick prior to the whole closet thing.
