2024-05-09 22:47:12 +0000 UTCThey practically left out the Marvel franchise completely as far as I know. They only watched the Tobey Maguire trilogy, if I remember correctly. The Spider-Verse saga is really good though, although I think you should have seen the other movies (Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, Tom Holland) beforehand, as the Spider-Verse plays a lot with that.

But Kirkman will probably just let events from later occur earlier or develop new storylines, like with Donald this season, to fill in the gaps.

Season 1 was blood splatter, which increased with the violence and brutality of the show. Season 2, on the other hand, is wall cracking, where Mark's world and mind get broken further and further. I can't wait to see what they come up with for season 3. The choice of colours in particular is perfect for the start of the next season.

2024-05-09 00:48:04 +0000 UTCJust to clear up the Older Eve, that was our main Eve who lived 20 years with Mark stuck in the sand dimension, then they found Mark 20 years older and he lost his mind (why Robot said “you wouldn’t like what you had become”) so they went back 20 years to Mark right after he killed Levy. But that was our Eve confessing her feelings

A future where Mark was stuck in that dimension for 20 years, because that's how long it took them to find that dimension. When they did find this dimension, Mark had gone mad in there. So they time traveled into the past in the same dimension and found our Mark. Then they just sent him back to his time in his home dimension.

Enough information is given about past events at least. Its been so damn good and so well written. Wouldn't be a bad idea to consider for one of your shorter animation slots.
