I always thought of Pouf as an overbearing controlling love, not as a sociopath. I just think considering what we know at the point the girls are at in the show it's fair to judge him as a sociopath.

2024-05-07 05:54:28 +0000 UTCAnd the thing that really makes me hate the idea of sociopath is that i think Pouf in 134 when the name got dropped actually realized what his actions did to the king and asked for punishment "This, this is how greatly he values her" and a few seconds after "punish me for my actions" while crying. From what i understood a sociopath is a person who consistently shows no regard for right and wrong and ignores the rights and feelings of others. This scene is everything i need to say really, He knew meruem is changed forever, HE realized what meruem is now and he still followed him crawling, if this is a sociopath idk what i am really

YES he does not want the king to have such emotions but in those spiecfic scenes he does say that he regrets doing such actions to his king which means he loves meruem no matter who he is, his actions may seem selfish and they are to everyone else indeed selfish but he is doing them thinking that it's the best root for the king to follow, and he knows he is going to die due to this, meaning that this action is done out of selflessness. and you can see his emotions are in disharmony in the first scene when he does a thing out of loyalty (to the idea) but his love is against things that would hurt meruem no matter what cause this thing has, Leading to him having an emotional break down. what I'm trying to say is that YES he is a manipulator and does things that the king does not want but it does not stop at that, you're taking one side of his character and completely ignore the other. If you still think this is wrong explain please.

The worlds scientists didn't have to come together to create some unique solution to kill Meruem, all that was needed was something very easy to access; humans are ready for destruction on this scale because we use it on ourselves.

The reveal of Poufs true nature in the form of his insect of origin is a great visual for the ‘barrier’ Knuckle can’t overcome. There is no prospect of understanding in the cold, uncompromising fury of those insectoid eyes. No chink in the armour… or chitin in this case, for Knuckle to find common ground.

It was really hard to tell. Regarding the exposition about the bomb, it felt that information added to what Netero said about humans in the last episode. Regarding as to what’s left of this arc.. well I can’t wait for both of you to see how all it ends!
