2024-05-06 07:57:12 +0000 UTCThe Treasure Chest of Courage has not been seen by most. A collection of mini-stories is not really as appealing as a second season that continues the story. Episode 4 with 5.1 as well as episode 10 are pretty important though as they will play a role when season 2 comes in 8 years or so, if ever. So far the manga only has 1/3 of the story for the next story arc, simply because the author writes relatively short chapters and likes to add fun sidestories from time to time.

I honestly didn't know that from a certain episode on, the opening changes that frame. Sorry about that. I just hadn't noticed until now and just clicked through the episodes to see when the opening changes. And of course I caught the exact episode where they change the frame, which I used to steal the opening.

2024-05-06 05:26:59 +0000 UTCMost of the mini-stories from TCC are more βThat was fun to watch.β, and it feels right that they cut them out in the adaptation to squeeze the story around Miranjo (165 chapters) into 23 episodes, but this episode in particular just gives an extreme amount of further information that is relevant. This episode really should have made it into the first season. To say that Ouken just became immortal and that Desha wanted to conquer the Bosse Kingdom on a whim after it fell into chaos is kind of too short.

He's combined his self-hatred and his hatred for his father into one. I mean he's almost identical to his father in his appearance.
