She did what was necessary: she ended the relationship between Mark and Amber once and for all.

I wouldn't mind Andor as well. But I think maybe Gen V should go first as they can jump straight to the Boys season 4 afterwards.

One of the best episodes of the second season, as it brings a lot of things to a close and brings stories together.
The relationship with Amber is over. Fun Fact: In the comic, Amber cheated on Mark while he was away, which made the breakup a lot messier. Also, in the comic, Anissa didn't interrupt Mark and Amber on a date, but Mark and Debbie talking about university. Mark and Amber were already separated at that point.
Donald and Rick have accepted their trauma and are both growing as characters. And yes, Donald had no trauma in the comic. He came back and was aware from the beginning that he was now mostly a machine. Giving him more personality and making him a key character to help Rick was a very good idea.
And with the end-credit scene, Allen and the Viltrumite storyline become more intertwined, which previously began in parallel with the meeting with the Coalition of Planets and Seance Dog + Nolan on Thraxa.
What else is still open so far is the story with Levi, the Squids from Mars, the books (and weapons against Viltrumites) as well as Oliver and of course the ship with Mark and Eve. There is also the question of how the stories with Robot, Monster Girl and Immortal continue.
A few things from season 1 are also still waiting for their return, but if you've forgotten them, the surprise will only get bigger when the show tell us more.
Other than that, I can mention that Shrinking Rae actually died fighting the Lizard League in the comic. The fact that she survived gives me hope that she might get a story in a later season to develop her character. In the comic, they let the heroes without strong powers die during the double threat in Episode 5 to make room for Bulletproof (and others?) who have super strength and/or the ability to fly.
So if Lola needs a ship to hold up against Milena's Mark x Eve, join the Rae x Rex shipping. :D

I am going to miss the intros. You guys need to surprise us with the Lola + Milena title cards in some other shows as easter eggs!

i think they went in a really cool direction for anissa's character because in the original comics anissa was even more evil than omni man and i like that they made her more likable in the show. cant wait for next season, everything gets even crazier

The Donald/Rick storyline was briefly in the comics, but the show expanded on it and gave it much better emotion and time.
Since the showrunner also wrote the comic he views the show as a second draft

If the Viltrumites really mean well then I don't see how they could do anything good for the world with our current leaders in place. If all they really want to do is help then I'd take a Viltrumite dictator over wrinkly old puppets that can't even stand up.
And aside from the wanton murder we really have no reason to think the Viltrumites are evil. Apparently their civilization became a utopia after their civil war and now conflict amongst them is rare. If the deaths of thousands can actually save millions then how is that not justified?
After I typed all that up I remembered all the parallel dimensions where the Viltrumites did conquer Earth and non of them where good.

Since this season is almost over, i think the options for the poll should be Andor, Gen V, Shogun and Fallout. About the episode itself, i think they handled mark and amber's relationship really well this season but unfortunately i just wasnt that invested in it after season 1.
