86 they would absolutely adore ive been mentioning it on their channel since it ended, plus having a dual lead female protagonist theyve mentioned they need more of like violet lol. they would love Shin and Lena along with the entire dynamic, vibe, music of the show as they did with AoT. needs to be watched for sure

Yeah, I'd agree that while Nen is more complex in a way, it's much more clearly laid out. There's a lot more you have to kinda piece together in JJK. With that said I definitely would still like to see them get to it.

Because other people are suggesting things, I'm gonna propose some things I don't believe I've suggested before but I think they would like: • Psycho Pass • The Promised Neverland For both of them, they tell a story in one season that's pretty self-contained but also open-ended. Most people agree to just watch the first season.

Personally, I've only seen one episode of 86, the opening and a trailer and read a short text description. I only mentioned the anime in my last comment here because there are fans on Patreon who are pushing this show. No idea if it's a very good anime or a "Hmmm ok" anime. 😅 But with rank #55 on MAL it should be a pretty good anime.

Made in Abyss has a very nice story and great characters, but it often uses nudity to showcase the innocence of children and their innocent mindsets. Even among fans, this is criticized: https://www.reddit.com/r/MadeInAbyss/comments/r2ext7/dammit_akihito/ After Violet Evergarden comes Ranking of Kings anyway. This means that the slot is occupied until June. But I think that A Place Further Than the Universe or Your Lie in April would be quite nice after that. But maybe we'll go for something more action-heavy like 86 or something more thriller/drama like Banana Fish, Odd Taxi or Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju. In general, there simply has to be a Reaction to Spy x Family, simply because the two deserve a happy comedy anime with found family and the best child in anime history. Just watch the Opening and tell me they won't love it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hlw8dTz_iq0 However, the anime will reach the 50 episode mark in the summer and will probably no longer be considered as a possibility for the 1 episode/week slot, which makes me very sad because the 2 episode/week slot would then become a battle between Spy x Family, Haikyuu and Monster. For Haikyuu, we know that "The Final Part 1" is coming in February, with "The Final Part 2: Part 1" likely to be released the same year in December, but no confirmation. "The Final Part 2: Part 2" is not yet known. And don't ask me why they're doing the Attack on Titan naming. Telling the last 3 arcs in two/three movies and marketing the production as "The Final" is just stupid.

Oh, and since you also mentioned it in the episode: Violet ages in the series. She's at least 16 in the episode, if not already 17, although I have to mention that: The character design Kyoto Animation uses is clearly from before they adjusted the age. That's why she looks more like 17-20 than 14-17 in the course of the series.

Nen is more complex, yes. In my opinion, Nen is very smooth to outline and delve into. I don't think that's the case for CE (and I know it very well) Just a thought though. Don't mean to harsh your rec. I want them to watch, as well

You guys should watch Jujutsu Kaisen after this. We need action and JJK has some of the best ever. Especially the new season. Also good characters with interesting development and a story with a lot of twists and relationship drama.
