First episode is probably one of the best pilots out there. All the current episodes are so great and I couldn't have asked for a better adaptation. It's gonna be fun having Mr. Robot and The Last of Us to look forward to from you guys! Still have to catch up on the former. Hopefully I can make it in time before season 4. Very excited for that but also sad the end is near for such a phenomenal show. Also, I kinda felt bad how you guys were theorizing Tess' survival knowing she'd be gone in the next episode haha. Anna Torv is great, was introduced to her in Mindhunter which is also an excellent show (highly recommend it Lola!) unfortunately it ends at 2 seasons. Too expensive to make and not enough viewers. Have heard a lot of good things about Fringe so I definitely want to give that a watch. As for how long The Last of Us will run for, the first season covers the first game (The Last of Us Part I) and the show has been renewed for a second season which will cover the second game. However, Craig Mazin (the showrunner and screenwriter) along with Neil Druckmann (creator of the video game and also showrunner + writer of the show) have both said the second game would likely be spread out to multiple seasons due to how long Part II is. So likely 3 seasons total for now.
