I recommend applying this FastROM patch first and then the following hacks available on RHDN to make it the definitive edition: "Text Cleanup Hack by SCD" + "Balance Tweaks Hack by MetHy v1.0" + "LR Dash Hack by Hacker65xx v1.1".
